Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Amigos Pro Shop & Amigos Pro Scrubs - Brownsville!           If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


At this time we only offer EXCHANGES and/or STORE CREDIT, No Refunds.
We do not have a time limit as to when items can be exchanged, however, we do require all items be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require receipts for all returns. 

The following items are not eligible for exchange and/or store credit.
• Final sale items
• Custom made products

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange an item, the cost of return shipping will be charged on your order.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. 


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can replace or exchange the item.
